Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of Share Ready Pro, sold through Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. 7-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with Share Ready Pro, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. Just email getshareready@gmail.com from the address you used to purchase, and we will approve the refund.

2. Subscriptions & renewals

Pro is a recurring subscription. You can cancel at any time to stop future charges; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges (after the first 7 days) are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. How refunds are processed

Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the amount to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Exceptions

We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse of the Service or the refund policy.

5. How to request

Email getshareready@gmail.com with your purchase email and, if possible, your Paddle order reference. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
