Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Pax Tibi (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("we") handles information when you use Share Ready at getshareready.com. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the Service.

1. What we process

• Images you upload. Your image is processed to create your platform versions and to generate captions. It is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to produce your Output. We do not use your images to train our own models, and we do not retain your uploaded images long-term for our own purposes.
• Text you enter (optional context) is used only to generate your Output.
• Preferences and status. We store small pieces of data in your browser (local storage) — such as your remaining free generations and whether you have Pro — to make the app work. This stays on your device.
• Payment information. If you buy Pro, payment is handled by Paddle. We do not see or store your card details. We may receive limited information from Paddle (such as your email and subscription status) to provide and support your Pro access.
• Basic technical/usage data (e.g. anonymous, aggregated usage or error logs) may be collected to keep the Service secure and working.

2. Third parties we rely on

We share only what is necessary with: Google (Gemini API, to generate captions from your image/text), Paddle (payments, as Merchant of Record), and Cloudflare (hosting and delivery). Each has its own privacy terms.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage for essential app functionality (not advertising). Payment and checkout may set cookies via Paddle.

4. Data retention

Uploaded images are processed to create your Output and are not stored long-term by us. Payment/subscription records are retained by Paddle and by us as required for accounting and legal obligations.

5. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing getshareready@gmail.com. You can stop using the Service and clear your browser storage at any time.

6. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
