These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Share Ready (the "Service"), a website and web application available at getshareready.com, operated by Pax Tibi (OPC) Pvt Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Share Ready helps you adapt one piece of content into platform-ready posts — resizing/cropping images and generating captions, descriptions and hashtags for various social media platforms using artificial intelligence.

2. Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree not to use the Service to:

upload content you do not have the rights to use, or that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
create unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful content;
attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems;
resell or redistribute the Service itself without our written permission.

3. Your content and the output

You retain ownership of the images and text you upload ("Input"), and, as between you and us, you own the captions, crops and other results the Service produces from your Input ("Output"). You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish it. AI-generated text may contain errors or claims that are not accurate; you must check facts, figures and any claims before use.

4. AI and third-party services

The Service uses third-party AI providers (currently Google's Gemini API) to generate Output, and a third-party payment provider (Paddle.com Market Limited) to process payments. Your use of those features is also subject to those providers' terms.

5. Plans, billing and cancellation

The Service offers a free plan with limited monthly usage and a paid "Pro" plan. Paid plans are billed through Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. You can cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy of Output, or non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pax Tibi (OPC) Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim.

9. Change of these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves (for example, when paid plans launch). We’ll update the date above, and significant changes will be reflected here. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
